(中冶集團(tuán)建筑研究總院華東分院，上海200940)[摘要] 以某商業(yè)樓的抗震鑒定及加固工程實(shí)例為背景，依照現(xiàn)行規(guī)范，對原結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全面檢測和抗震鑒定，分析了超限底框結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震檢測鑒定工作中的難點(diǎn)問題，并針對問題提出了抗震加固的方案，為今后類似的檢測加固工程提供參考。

The difficulties are introduced about the transfinite bottom-frame structure. Some key problems are analyzed and some solutions are proposed on reinforcing and strengthening. It will be a good reference for the similar project.
