[摘要] 介紹了對(duì)控保建筑蘇州蘇綸紗廠發(fā)電廠進(jìn)行修繕和改造的一些方法。對(duì)外墻采用勾縫和鋼筋網(wǎng)砂漿面層的方法進(jìn)行修繕加崮。對(duì)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的處理需結(jié)合建筑改造前后的情況，綜合考慮安全性、可操作性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性以及工期要求，確定合理的改造方案。對(duì)施工順序提出要求，以保證施工期問(wèn)外墻的安全。

    The repairing and reforming of power plant in Suzhou Soo-Iung Cotton Mill

Abstract: Some methods used in repairing and reforming of the power plant in Suzhou Soo-lung Cotton Mill which is a building under protect were introduced. The methods used in exposed wall include pointing and cement plaster rebar mash were introduced. Operality, economical ,construction period and the differences between new and old buildings should be considered seriously before defined the repairing plan. In order to guarantee the stabilization of exposed wall during the construction period, overall plan of construction sequences were proposed.
