(1 淄博市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,淄博255037; 2 淄博四新建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,淄博255000)[摘要] 結(jié)合某學(xué)校辦公樓抗震加崮與改造實(shí)例,討論舊磚混結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)考慮的若干問(wèn)題,包括墻體加固、梁加固、開(kāi)大洞口及抗震加固等,介紹了一些有效的解決方法,可供同類(lèi)建筑物加固參考。

(1 The Architecture Design & Research Institute of Zibo City, Zib0 255037, China; 2 Four new architectural designs Zibo Co., Ltd., Zib0 255000, China)Abstract: Based on seismic strengthening and renovation project for a school office building, some key questions in strengthening and renovation design of old brick-concrete structure were roundly discussed, including wall reinforcement, beam reinforcement, opening big holes and seismic strengthening, etc. Some effective methods were introduced to solve the problem, which can be referenced for similar strengthening and renovation design.
