（中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)（北京）力學(xué)與建筑工程學(xué)院，北京100028）[摘要] 某高校教學(xué)樓為磚混結(jié)構(gòu)，要改造成學(xué)生公寓，存在房屋的抗震橫墻問距和寬度、樓面主梁承載力不足、地基基礎(chǔ)加固等問題。采用增設(shè)鋼筋混凝土板墻、增大截面加固法等措施進(jìn)行加固。學(xué)生公寓至今已經(jīng)使用4年，性能良好。

During the process of rehabilitating, the methods of adding shear walls and structure member strengthening with R.C are adopted. Student apartment has served well for four years.
