[摘要] 自建建筑由于施工中管理不善導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)先天存在缺陷。在資金和“木己成舟”的兩難境地，考慮對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加固補(bǔ)強(qiáng)，對(duì)缺陷構(gòu)件進(jìn)行修復(fù)補(bǔ)強(qiáng)處理。通過結(jié)構(gòu)合理、造價(jià)經(jīng)濟(jì)的方案，使整體結(jié)構(gòu)既滿足使用要求，又避免資本浪費(fèi)而流失。
