(中冶賽迪工程技術(shù)有限公司,重慶400013)[摘要] 總結(jié)了某鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房、地腳螺栓、設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)、鋼梁振動(dòng)、零星構(gòu)件等幾個(gè)方面的改造措施。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房改造應(yīng)綜合考慮殘余應(yīng)力和內(nèi)應(yīng)力的影響及廠房空問作用。地腳螺栓和設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)改造,需要設(shè)備和結(jié)構(gòu)兩個(gè)專業(yè)相互配合。通過軸向力傳遞鋼梁上動(dòng)荷載,可有效防止梁的過大振動(dòng)。零星構(gòu)件應(yīng)盡可能采用鋼構(gòu)件。

(CISDI Engineering Co., Ltd., Chongqing 400013, China)Abstract: Strengthening design for the steel plant, anchor bolts, equipment foundation, steel beam vibration, petty components was summarized. For steel plant, the strengthening design should be comprehensive consideration of residual stress, internal stress and spatial stiffness. For anchor bolt and equipment foundation, good co-operation is important between equipment engineer and civil engineer. Axial force components bear the dynamic load on the steel girder, which can effectively prevent the excessive vibration ofthe beam. Petty component should maximize the use steel members.
