(1 包鋼集團(tuán)設(shè)計(jì)研究院，包頭014010; 2 包鋼集團(tuán)無縫廠，包頭014010)[摘要] 延長廠房增加吊車并利用舊有廠房，要求對舊有廠房鋼筋混凝土雙肢柱加固并增加吊車肢。本文對加吊車肢柱子進(jìn)行模型簡化，可以直接利用PKPM軟件進(jìn)行計(jì)算。新開挖設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)埋深遠(yuǎn)超過原有柱基礎(chǔ)，施工采用樁基礎(chǔ)支護(hù)達(dá)到要求。

(1 The Design And Research Institute Of Baotou Iron And Steel Group, Baotou 014010, China; 2 Seamless (Steel) Tubing Mill Of Baotou Iron And Steel Group, Baotou 014010, China)Abstract: Combined with a project, this paper elaborates a simply calculating method for column strengthening of the old factory by PKPM software .The calculated column to support crane loads was combined zigzag interconnected cement bars old reinforced concrete column with steel pillars. In this paper, equipments foundation depth was far ahead adjacent old building column base. We pay a choice of piled foundation protect in this deep foundation ditch to solve the problem.
