(中國建筑設(shè)計研究院上海分院，上海200120)[摘要] 某工程原建筑使用功能為糧庫，結(jié)構(gòu)形式為板柱結(jié)構(gòu)，業(yè)主要求改變使用功能為辦公，并且在不加固基礎(chǔ)的前提下適當(dāng)加層。通過對原建筑進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)安全性鑒定和抗震鑒定，根據(jù)相應(yīng)的《鑒定報告》提出三個可行的結(jié)構(gòu)加層設(shè)計方案，并將三個設(shè)計方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化對比，最后選用板柱-抗震墻結(jié)構(gòu)作為改造加層的實施方案。

( China Architecture design&Research Group Shanghai Branch, Shanghai 200120, China)Abstract: The four-floor building with plate-column structure, the original function of which is grain depot, needs to change for office and add extra-floor advisably without strengthening the foundation of the building, at the request of the landlord. Therefore, the safety and earthquake-resistant appraisal had been finished. Based on the appraisal report, three feasible plans of the adding extra-floor were put forward. Through contrasting the plans, the plate-column and shear wall structure is chosen for the optimum plan of the renovation.
