[摘要] 通過對嘉興市某商務中心辦公樓加層改造與加固設(shè)計進行系統(tǒng)的分析討論，分析了該建筑改造與加固在技術(shù)上的可行性，對框架柱、梁及樓板的加固和新舊混凝土連接中的有關(guān)處理方法進行了介紹。

Abstract: Based on the study on heightening reform and strengthening design of a commercial center building in Jiaxing city, feasibility of reform and strengthening measures of the building was discussed by technical analysis, and expressed which steps we must follow to strengthen the old structure members, including columns, beams, and floors, and the details about the joints between them.
