[摘要] 為配合上海國(guó)際航運(yùn)服務(wù)中心的建設(shè)，須對(duì)原港運(yùn)大廈進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建，使新港運(yùn)大廈的標(biāo)高和整個(gè)基地相符。拆除4層原結(jié)構(gòu)，新建3層樓面，對(duì)層19~27收進(jìn)部分鋼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)齊，對(duì)下部3層新建樓面使用傳統(tǒng)外包混凝土加固柱墻方法，新建梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)外加柱帽箍筋加強(qiáng)剛性節(jié)點(diǎn)。

Abstract: To cooperate with Shanghai International Shipping Service Center, the Port Building must be reconstructed in order to make the building's elevation conform to the whole base. Demolition four layers and build three new layers, use the steel structures to fill in floor slab of 19-27 layers. The three layers'column and wall of new floor are wrapped with concrete for strengthening, new beam-column joints use column cap stirrup strengthen rigid joint.
