(上海建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,上海200041)[摘要] 為配合上海國(guó)際航運(yùn)服務(wù)中心的建設(shè),須對(duì)原港運(yùn)大廈進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建,使新港運(yùn)大廈的標(biāo)高和整個(gè)基地相符。拆除4層原結(jié)構(gòu),新建3層樓面,對(duì)層19~27收進(jìn)部分鋼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)齊,對(duì)下部3層新建樓面使用傳統(tǒng)外包混凝土加固柱墻方法,新建梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)外加柱帽箍筋加強(qiáng)剛性節(jié)點(diǎn)。

Demolition four layers and build three new layers, use the steel structures to fill in floor slab of 19-27 layers. The three layers'column and wall of new floor are wrapped with concrete for strengthening, new beam-column joints use column cap stirrup strengthen rigid joint.
