(1 南京金宸建筑設(shè)計有限公司,南京210029; 2 南京市房屋安全鑒定處,南京210029)[摘要] 通過對四川地震災(zāi)區(qū)不同結(jié)構(gòu)類型房屋震損情況的總體了解,對墻、柱、梁等結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的破壞形態(tài)進(jìn)行分析,從中找出由于建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計缺陷而導(dǎo)致房屋震害加重的原因,提出一些解決或減輕這些震害的方法,為地震區(qū)房屋抗震設(shè)計提供行之有效的建議。

It is clear that certain architectural as well as structural design defects have sharpened the earthquake damage, and solutions that might come into effect in anti-seismic design of buildings to mitigate the quake damages are proposed in future.
