(中船第九設計研究院工程有限公司，上海200063)[摘要] 主要介紹了某學校磚混房屋的抗震加固措施和兩種計算方法。對于60年代的磚混建筑，材料強度降低較多。采用雙面鋼筋網(wǎng)砂漿加固后，抗震性能得到較大提高。計算采用綜合能力指數(shù)法和截面抗震承載力驗算法。

Compared with the brick-concrete construction of 1960s, strength of the wall material reduces more. And after using the reinforcement of double-sided mortar with steel network, the anti-seismic of the construction has been raised. The checking method of comprehensive capacity index and section seismic capacity has been used for calculation.
