(福建省建筑科學(xué)研究院，福州350025)[摘要] 聯(lián)建房具有外觀造型協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一、節(jié)約土地資源、減少建設(shè)成本等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物，值得在全國村鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行推廣。目前，聯(lián)建房在福建省寧德地區(qū)大量建設(shè)，形成閩東地區(qū)的特色民居。由于部分業(yè)主因資金短缺等因素緩建部分單元，采取的施工預(yù)留措施使結(jié)構(gòu)形成豎向不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)合具體工程實(shí)例通過3種施工工況的抗震性能比較，房屋結(jié)構(gòu)剛度下降，整體性差，抗震性能削弱。對其施工措施提出合理的抗震構(gòu)造要求，并供同類工程參考。

(Fujian Academy of Building Research, Fuzhou 350025, China)Abstract: Co-operative building have many advantages, such as the construction shape design was in concordance, the land resource was saved and the construction cost was reduced. Co-operative building was the product of countryside modernization process, which was worth to be popularized all over the country. Nowadays, co-operative buildings were being constructed in large quantities in Ningde, which forms the featured folk building in the east of Fujian province. Due to some owners' capital shortage, some building units were suspended and some construction measures were taken, which makes the vertical irregular structure. Seismic behavior of co-operative buildings under three construction cases was compared with an engineenng example. The stiffness declining and poor integrity decrease the seismic behavior of the co-operative building. And the constructional measures were put forward, which would be useful for similar project.
