(1 西安建筑科技大學(xué),西安710055;2 陜西省建筑科學(xué)研究院,西安710082)[摘要] 對(duì)單跨砌體結(jié)構(gòu)形式中小學(xué)教學(xué)樓的抗震性能進(jìn)行了探討。實(shí)例汁算分析結(jié)果表明:現(xiàn)行規(guī)范計(jì)算模型與實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)不符,承重縱墻在地震作用下也要分擔(dān)橫向水平剪力,縱墻的P-⊿效應(yīng)不能忽視。底層縱墻是結(jié)構(gòu)抗倒塌的關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件。針對(duì)教學(xué)樓建筑的實(shí)際施工現(xiàn)狀,提出了再設(shè)計(jì)和改造對(duì)策。

The numerical examples show that there were some different between calculate model based on current code and that of existing building. The bearing longitudinal wall should be taken into account against transverse earthquake action, and the P-⊿ effect couldn't be neglected. The bottom longitudinal wall was the key component during structure's resisting overturn, Some reliable reinforcement methods and applicable redesign measures were proposed according to practical construction situation of school building.
