廈門市中小學(xué)建筑抗震性能分析

[摘要] 5.12地震給中小學(xué)校舍建筑造成嚴(yán)重破壞,中小學(xué)建筑的加固與設(shè)計(jì)引起越來(lái)越高的重視。新修訂的國(guó)家《防震減災(zāi)法》規(guī)定,已建學(xué)校建筑“未采取抗震設(shè)防措施或者抗震設(shè)防措施未達(dá)到抗震設(shè)防要求的,應(yīng)當(dāng)按照國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行抗震性能鑒定,并采取必要的抗震加固措施。”根據(jù)已有資料,對(duì)廈門市現(xiàn)有中小學(xué)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)形式、建造年代等進(jìn)行了歸納整理。因?yàn)閷W(xué)校建筑建造年代各異,抗震設(shè)防烈度有6度及以下、7度(0.1g和7度(0.15g)。選取應(yīng)用最多的一典型框架結(jié)構(gòu),在不同抗震設(shè)防烈度下對(duì)該結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,結(jié)果相差很大,應(yīng)當(dāng)對(duì)不滿足抗震要求的建筑進(jìn)行加固。分析了框架結(jié)構(gòu)和磚混結(jié)構(gòu)在歷史地震中的受力特點(diǎn)和可能的破壞形式,并根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)提出了相應(yīng)的加固措施。

Anti-seismic behavior analysis of primary and secondary school buildings in Xiamen province

Abstract: Afier their severe damage in "5.12" Wnchuan earthquake, primary and secondary school buildings are getting growing attention in reconstruction and design. The revised national "Earthquake Disaster Mitigation Act" provides to take necessary reinforced measures for the built primary and secondary school buildings. According to the available data, this paper make a summarization of the structure types and construction time about existing school buildings in Xiamen province. As their diverse construction time ,their seism/c design intensities vary from 6,7 t07.5 degrees. Then choose one typical frame structure and calculate it under respective seismic intensity. The results make great differences. In the end, analyze the mechanic characteristics and possible failure modes of frame structures and masonry structures, then recommend corresponding strengthening measures for the weak elements.
