(深圳市華博建筑設(shè)計有限公司,深圳518033)[摘要] 《建筑抗震設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB50011-2001)對多層磚砌體結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計有原則的規(guī)定。工程設(shè)計中采用底部剪力法計算地震作用。樓層剪力按側(cè)移剛度分配到各墻片(段)。按側(cè)移剛度相等的原則提出了等效截面面積的概念,一是將墻片(段)的彎曲變形等效化;二是將有洞或有構(gòu)造柱墻片(段)側(cè)移剛度等效化,使繁瑣的側(cè)移剛度計算演變成并聯(lián)柱或串聯(lián)柱的等效截面面積計算。同時對抗震承載力驗算不等式進行簡化,可以編制表格和計算程序,使得磚砌體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震驗算和加固設(shè)計簡捷、方便。

Bottom shear method was used in engmeering seismic design method. Story shear force is distributed by lateral stiffness to the walls. According to equivalent lateral stiffness equivalent cross-sectional area concept was proposed, first, the walls for bending deformation equivalent, second, there will be holes or structural column walls the equivalent, then complicated computing of lateral stiffness turns to the equivalent column or columns in series cross-sectional area calculating. Seismic bearing capacity inequality formula can be simplified to the preparation oftables and calculation procedures, which makes checking masonry structures and strengthening seismic design simple and convenient.
