(上海建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司，上海200041)[摘要] 上海萬邦中心為既有建筑續(xù)建工程，介紹了該建筑抗震評估及加固的設(shè)計理念及過程，包括抗震設(shè)計參數(shù)的選取、構(gòu)造措施的分析、規(guī)則性的判別及計算對比分析，并對常見的約束邊緣構(gòu)件加固、框架梁加固及樓板加固的做法進行了深入闡述，以及對施工須注意的問題提出要求。

( Shanghai Institute ofArchitectural Design & Research Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200041, China)Abstract: The Wanbang center of Shanghai was the continued engineering of existing buildings, the seismic evaluation and strengthening of the design concept and process were introduced, including the selection of seisnuc design parameters, the analysis of structural measures, rules of discrimination and the calculation of comparative analysis. Common reinforcing approach of the binding edge, framework of beams and floor was elaborated, as well as request was maded for the problem of construction.
