遼寧紅沿河核電廠塑性混凝土防滲墻施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)

[摘要] 塑性混凝土防滲墻在拋石圍堰上的應(yīng)用,在防滲墻施工中并不多見,尤其是在拋石堤塊石粒徑較大、孔隙率40%以上、強(qiáng)滲漏的地質(zhì)條件下,運(yùn)用“漏失地層造孔的控制技術(shù)”和“氣舉反循環(huán)排渣清孔技術(shù)”等施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù),克服造孔成槽漏漿塌孔等諸多困難,利用塑性混凝土形成地下連續(xù)防滲墻。實(shí)踐證明上述幾項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的合理運(yùn)用,能夠有效的解決在拋石堤上施工防滲墻的技術(shù)難題。

Key tectonic technologies about plastic concrete cutoff wallin Liaoning Hongyanhe nuclear power plant

Abstract: The plastic concrete cutoff wall is used at the riprap cofferdam. This is rare for cutoff wall construction, especially when used in the larger sized rock riprap breakwater. It has more than 40 porosity and strong protection against leakage. With the successful use of "leakage stratum formation control technology", "air-lift reverse circulation slag to dig a hole technology", and the other technologies, they can overcome the difficulties such as leakage and hole-collapse, and make a groove through the built hole. According to design requirements, the successful use of plastic concrete form continuous underground cutoff wall. Practice has proved that the rational use of several key technologies can effectively solve the technical problems of riprap embankment in the cut-off wall construction.
