凍融循環(huán)后再生混凝土基本力學(xué)性能試驗*

[摘要] 為了研究再生混凝土凍融循環(huán)后的力學(xué)性能變化,通過對再生混凝土的凍融循環(huán)試驗和凍融循環(huán)后的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變?nèi)€試驗,分析了再生粗骨料摻量和凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)對再生混凝土重量損失率、相對動彈性模量損失率、峰值應(yīng)力、峰值應(yīng)變、彈性模量、橫向變形系數(shù)等力學(xué)性能的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:隨著再生粗骨料摻量和凍融次數(shù)增加,再生混凝土重量損失率、相對動彈性模量損失率增加;峰值應(yīng)力、彈性模量減?。环逯祽?yīng)變在再生粗骨料摻量低時隨凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)的增加而降低,在再生粗骨料摻量高且凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)大于100次后隨凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)的增加而增加。此外,還建立了凍融循環(huán)后再生混凝土應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變?nèi)€公式。再生混凝土抗凍性隨再生粗骨料摻量和凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)增加而降低。再生混凝土抗凍性比普通混凝土差。為再生混凝土在凍融環(huán)境下的工作機理與計算模式研究提供依據(jù)。

    Experimental study on the basic mechanical property of recycled concrete after freeze-thaw

Abstract: In order to study on the basic mechanical property of recycled concrete after freeze-thaw. By freeze-thaw cycle test and stress-strain curves test, the influence of freeze-thaw cycles and recycled coarse aggregate to the weight loss rate and the relative dynamic elastic modulus loss rate, peak stress, peak strain, elastic modulus, transverse deformation coefficient and other mechanical properties was analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of recycled concrete are deteriorated by freeze-thaw. With the increase of freeze-thaw frequency and recycled aggregate, the weight loss rate and the relative dynamic elastic modulus loss rate will increase, the peak stress and the elastic modulus will be reduced; When the dosage of recycled aggregate is low, peak strain reduce with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles frequency; When the dosage of recycled aggregate is high and freeze-thaw frequency is over 100 times, the peak strain increases with the increase of freeze-thaw frequency. In addition, this dissertation established the formulas of stress-strain whole curves of recycled concrete after freeze-thaw cycles. The frost resistance of recycled concrete will be reduced with the increases of recycled coarse aggregate and the freeze-thaw frequency. Frost resistance of recycled concrete is worse than ordinary concrete. It can offer reference for behavior and calculation model of recycled concrete structures under freeze-thaw environment.
