    Discussion of calculation method of the flexural capacity for the pre-stressed concrete structure

Abstract: The present calculation method of the flexural capacity for the pre-stressed concrete structure was complex and lengthy. The mechanical principle involved in it was abstract and difficult to understand. The result was no safety. Considering the second bending moment was fictitious and hypothesized, so mathematical formula  f_cbx=f_yA_s+f_pyA_pwas unavailable.A new method was proposed that the flexural capacity of the pre-stressed concrete structure was calculated according to the ordinary eccentric compression member.
