節(jié)點處梁側粘貼纖維片材抗彎加固性能研究*

[摘要] 為了研究梁柱節(jié)點處梁的負彎矩區(qū)采用CFRP片材加固后的抗彎性能,進行了3根梁側粘貼碳纖維片材加固梁和1根對比梁的抗彎試驗。試驗參數包括:CFRP層數、CFRP布置形式和節(jié)點處CFRP片材的錨固方式。試驗結果表明:梁側粘貼CFRP片材加固鋼筋混凝土梁也同樣可以提高梁的抗彎承載力;梁的彈性工作階段明顯延長,開裂荷載有很大提高;梁側粘貼CFRP片材對控制裂縫寬度具有明顯的作用。梁側粘貼纖維片材的加固方法對裂縫寬度和變形要求嚴格的鋼筋混凝土構件提供了一條有效的途徑。

Study on flexural behavior of RC beams strengthened with side-bonded CFRP laminates at beam-column joint

Abstract: It was have been manifested that externally bonded CFRP laminates to the soffit of RC beam was an effective method to improve its flexural strength. However, there was little research on the flexural strengthening of RC beams at beam-column joint or the negative moment region of continuous beam. To investigate its flexural behavior of the beam at beam-column joint after CFRP-strengthening, a total of 7 cantilever beams were tested, including 3 strengthened beams and l control beam. The test variables included: number of ply of CFRP laminates, configuration of CFRP lanunates and anchoring method used to anchor CFRP laminates at the beam-column joint. The test result shows that: similar to the soffit bonding, side-bonding CFRP laminates can also improve flexural behavior of the strengthened beams, especially the elastic stage of the strengthened beam was elongated and the cracking load improved significantly; the crack width was reduced remarkably due to the side-bonding of CFRP lanunates. This strengthening method is a good way for RC beams to controlits crack width and deflection.
