CFST柱-RC梁外加強環(huán)節(jié)點擬靜力試驗研究

[摘要] 為了研究鋼管混凝土柱-混凝土梁外加強環(huán)焊接節(jié)點的抗震性能,參照實際工程設計制作了4個1:5的試驗模型,試件采用Ф219的Q345無縫鋼管柱,梁為混凝土梁??紤]實際地震情況的P-效應,采用柱端加載方式,進行擬靜力試驗。得到了節(jié)點的滯回曲線、破壞情況,分析了其延性系數(shù)、等效粘滯系數(shù)、強度與剛度退化等抗震指標以及破壞機理,為實際工程提供參考依據(jù),供設計參考。第一個節(jié)點由于梁端支座破壞,沒有在節(jié)點核心區(qū)梁上形成塑性鉸,其他三個節(jié)點都在距柱邊緣一倍至兩倍梁高處形成了X形塑性鉸,該類節(jié)點屬于延性破壞。試驗結(jié)果表明,該種節(jié)點力學性能好,延性系數(shù)μ5.4~7.9,滯回曲線為飽滿梭形,耗能性能很好,一定范圍內(nèi),軸壓比較小的節(jié)點耗能較大軸壓比的強。

Experimental research on seismic behavior of concrete-filled steel tube column-concrete beam connection with external ring

Abstract: In order to study on the seismic performance of concrete-filled steel tube column-concrete beam welded joint with external ring, in the light of the actual engineering, four l:5 specimens had been tested. The specimen diameter was Ф219mm which use the Q345 seamless steel pipe columns, using concrete beams. To test two nodes for a group with different axial compression ratio, taking into account the different conditions of axial compression ratio of the seismic performance of the connection. Using of end-column loading quasi-static test took into account the actual situation of seismic P- effect. Hysteretic behavior and the stress-strain principal of the steel bar were obtained. The ductility ratio and crack expanding were investigated from the test, which can give advice to actual engineering. In addition to connection Jl-A, other three formed plastic hinges at the edge away from the column outside the double beam height. The nodes belong to ductile damage. The result of experimental indicates that this kind of connection has better mechanical properties, the ductility, μ5.4~7.9 and good energy dissipation capacity.
