[摘要] 為了全面地認(rèn)識(shí)焊接截面殘余應(yīng)力在不同焊件寬度、厚度、母材屈服強(qiáng)度下的變化規(guī)律，進(jìn)行了理論推導(dǎo)，并總結(jié)了已有試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn)的規(guī)律。理論分析部分包括殘余應(yīng)力產(chǎn)生的原因、影響焊接殘余應(yīng)力的因素和殘余應(yīng)力的力平衡關(guān)系等方面。試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)總結(jié)部分引用了國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的不同牌號(hào)鋼材的焊接箱形、H形、十字形截面測(cè)試結(jié)果，驗(yàn)證了理論推導(dǎo)的結(jié)果。所得縱向殘余應(yīng)力變化規(guī)律為研究不同尺寸、材料強(qiáng)度的鋼壓桿極限承載能力提供了前提條件。

    Regularities oflongitudinal residual stress in welded section members

Abstract: In order to find out the regularities of residual stress in welded members with different width, thickness and yield strength, theoretical analysis and experimental verification have been conducted. The theoretical analysis is usmg simplified model, which only focuses on main influences of residual stress producing. The regularities have been verified by existing experiment results including box section, I section and cruciform section, which were made of mild steel and high strength steel. With the regularities, it is possible to estimate the residual stress effect on compress members with different dimensions and different yield strength.
