(1 中國電力科學(xué)研究院,北京100192;2 北京工業(yè)大學(xué),工程抗震與結(jié)構(gòu)診治北京市重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,北京100022)[摘要] 冷彎型鋼冷彎效應(yīng)隨著鋼板或鋼帶的厚度不同而不同,我國現(xiàn)行冷彎薄壁規(guī)范中考慮冷彎效應(yīng)的強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值的計(jì)算方法,是針對厚度小于等于6mm提出的。通過從厚壁冷彎內(nèi)卷邊角鋼截取平板、臨近彎角以及彎角板件進(jìn)行材料力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn),研究厚壁冷彎型鋼冷彎效應(yīng)對鋼材強(qiáng)度的影響。根據(jù)板件試樣的實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù),將我國現(xiàn)行冷彎薄壁型規(guī)范中考慮冷彎效應(yīng)的強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值的計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行修正,提出厚壁冷彎型鋼考慮冷彎效應(yīng)強(qiáng)度提高的設(shè)計(jì)公式,并通過軸心受壓構(gòu)件試驗(yàn),將試驗(yàn)值與修正公式計(jì)算值進(jìn)行對比分析。

The design method of cold-formed steel members considering the strengthening in Chinese code is proposed when the thickness is less than or equals 6mm. In order to study the effect of cold-formed procedures on strength, the mechanical property tests are developed on the plate of flats, adjacent corners and corners, which are intercepted from cold-formed thick-walled lipped angles. According the dates results of test, advice on improving the formula is proposed, which is used to design the member (t≤6mm) in China, and the design method of cold-formed tick-walled steel members considered the strengthening is proposed, at the same time, the results of the axial compression column's tests and the results ofthe calculation method are compared and analyzed.
