(1 清華大學(xué)土木工程系,北京100084; 2 同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程防災(zāi)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,上海200092; 3 同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,上海200092)[摘要] 通過耐火試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值分析,研發(fā)了一種新的適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的防火措施“防火衫”:首先設(shè)計(jì)、制作了防火衫;然后通過耐火試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了防火衫優(yōu)良的耐火性能;最后對采用防火衫的鋼框架在火災(zāi)下的抗火性能進(jìn)行了有限元分析,并與涂刷了厚型防火涂料的鋼框架進(jìn)行了對比。研究結(jié)果表明防火衫比厚型防火涂料具有更加優(yōu)良的抗火性能。

Through thermal experiments thermal characteristics parameters of fire resisting coat are measured. The fireproof performance of fire resisting coat in fire is analyzed with finite element method. The research results show that fire resisting coat has a better fireproof performance than normal thick fireproof painting.
