[摘要] 我國(guó)托梁拔柱技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，過(guò)去一般多局限于混凝土單層排架結(jié)構(gòu)的工業(yè)廠房改造，對(duì)靜定結(jié)構(gòu)與超靜定結(jié)構(gòu)，分別考慮內(nèi)力重分布及轉(zhuǎn)移部分荷載，現(xiàn)多用于框架結(jié)構(gòu)的綜合性大廳、綜合樓的改造。隨著鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)備平臺(tái)的推廣使用，因生產(chǎn)工藝改造，逐漸在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中使用“托梁拔柱”這一方法，但在使用這一方法時(shí)，需根據(jù)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力分析特點(diǎn)采用，因鋼結(jié)構(gòu)抗扭相對(duì)較弱、整體穩(wěn)定性與混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)不同，且恒荷載與活荷載導(dǎo)致的鋼柱柱端彎矩調(diào)整不同，在設(shè)計(jì)、施工中，需充分考慮到影響，結(jié)合兩個(gè)工程實(shí)例，分析實(shí)施的全過(guò)程。

Analysis of "supporting beam drawing column" method ofload-bearing platforms of steel structure in Metallurgy workshop

Abstract: In the past, the application of "supporting beam drawing column" method was commonly confined to the transformation of industrial plants of single-layer concrete bent structure. For statically determinate structures and statically indeterminate structure, respectively, considering re-distribution ofinternal forces and shift ofpart ofthe load is used for the transformation of comprehensive hall and multi-purpose buildings of frame structure. With the promotion of steel device platforms, the method is gradually used by transformation of production process.But using this method, we must be in accordance with characteristics ofinternal force analysis of steel structures, beacuse steel structure is relatively weak in torsion and it's overall stability is different in concrete structure,what's more, the adjustment of bending moment of steel column end by constant load and live load is different. In the design and construction, the influence of the method should be fully considered. Combining with two project examples, we'll analyze the entire process of the method implementation.
