(1 曲阜師范大學,曲阜273165; 2 華杰工程咨詢有限公司,北京100029)[摘要] 對我國為提高磚混結構抗震性能所采取的抗震構造方法以及抗震加固技術進行了總結。分析了建筑選址、結構選型和建筑抗震構造措施等因素對震害的影響,提出了磚混結構教學樓抗震設防的若干建議,可供此類結構教學樓設計和施工參考。

The influence of construction site, the choice of structural systems, the earthquake-resistance measures, etc. on damage of earthquake was analyzed. Some suggestions of seismic fortification of masonry-concrete buildings were proposed for reference of seismic design and construction.
