（浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究院，杭州310014）[摘要] 汶川特大地震中災(zāi)區(qū)各種結(jié)構(gòu)形式的房屋：砌體結(jié)構(gòu)、底框結(jié)構(gòu)、框架結(jié)構(gòu)以及填充墻等維護結(jié)構(gòu)、樓梯、防震縫等造成的不同程度的損害和破壞，通過對典型震害特征的分析，著重討論了震后新建工程建設(shè)中各個環(huán)節(jié)需要重視的關(guān)鍵問題，以提高各類工程抗震能力，確保人人都有一個安全的居所。

(Architechural and Planning Design & Research insitute of Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou 3 10012, China)Abstract: Various of housing,just like:masonry structure, bottom frame structure, frame structure and maintenance structure such as filler wall, stairs, seismic joint and so on, had varying degrees of damage and destruction caused by Wenchuan earthquake, by analyzing on the characteristics of typical damage, focused on all aspects of key issues need attention to new constructions after earthquake, in order to improve the seismic capacity of various projects, to ensure that everyone had a safe residence.
