(青島新都市設計集團有限公司,青島266071)[摘要] 本工程主要依據(jù)《混凝土異形柱結構技術規(guī)程》(JGJ149-2006)給出的理論基礎,在其技術條件框架內(nèi)結合有關鋼筋混凝土理論及相應規(guī)范并采取一些技術措施來完成設計。綜合計算結果分析,指出在建筑抗震烈度為7度地區(qū),當建筑高度接近規(guī)程限高時,結構體系對扭轉(zhuǎn)反應比較敏感,應予以重視。

( Qingdao New City Design Group Co., Ltd., Qingda0 266071, China)Abstract: This project was based on the theoretics of Technical Specification for Concrete Structures with Specially Shaped Columns and completed by uniting technical theoretics of concrete structures within it's technical framework with using a series of technique measures. The analysis of calculating result show that the concrete structures with specially shaped columns is more sensitive to effecting of torsion action when the height of building approach limited maximum value in the area of 7th seismic fortification intensity.
