（北京華茂中天建筑設計有限公司，北京1000441）[摘要] 雙柳樹危改小區(qū)是設計實踐中有代表性的民用建筑工程，使用功能復雜，平面、立面均不規(guī)則。該工程由多個結構形式各異的樓座組成，并由人防地下車庫連成一體，形成帶整體地下室的多塔樓結構。設計中，各樓座用防震縫分隔成獨立的抗震單元，針對每個抗震單元的不同特點，采用多種技術手段，使整個工程做到經濟合理，安全可靠。對該項目的結構設計進行了概括總結。

It had a complex use function, with irregular plane and facade. The building was formed by several different blocks, and connected by the garage under ground, so it comes to be a multi-tower building with an entire basement. The building was separated to independent seismic units by seismic joints. For the different characteristic of every unit, vary techniques were taken, so the project is brought to be economic and reasonable, safe and reliable. The design ofwhole structure was summarized.
