(中國中元國際工程公司,北京100089)[摘要] 結合新疆大廈工程的結構設計過程,分析了雙塔大底盤結構在裙房屋面處的剛度突變引起樓層地震剪力的變化特點,以及不等高雙塔的高度差異對水平地震力作用產生的相互影響和大跨度屋蓋產生的應力集中。介紹了針對這些特點而采取的相應處理措施,為類似結構的設計實踐提供參考。

(China IPPR International Engineering Corporation, Beijing 100089, China)Abstract: According to the designing process of Xinjiang Mansion, the characteristic of the transformation of earthquake shearing force at the part of twin towers linking the podium was analyzed. The vertical rigidity mutation of twin towers and large chassis structural system was the causation of bringing this transformation. The different altitudinal diversity between the twin vary height towers has effected the aclinic earthquake action. On the other hand, the long span rooftop has begetted the stress concentrating. Aiming at the problems hereinbefore, some relevant techno-measures have been taken, such as the shape steel RC columns & SRC structure. It can afford reference to the similar structural design.
