（同濟大學建筑設計研究院（集團）有限公司，上海200092）[摘要] 昆明南亞風情第一城超高層辦公樓為36層，主體結構高155.750 m。介紹了該城超高層辦公樓結構設計中的基礎和地下室設計、結構選型、上部主體結構布置、結構超限情況和采取的主要措施、主要計算結果和主要節(jié)點設計等，其中有一些為超高層辦公樓等結構設計的共性問題，希望本文能對類似結構的設計有所參考。

The main roof of the building reaches 155.750 m. In the article the main design of the structure is presented, and several problems such as foundation, basement, option of structural system, structural arrangement, seismic fortification measures, structure calculation, and the design ofjoints are illuminated. Similar projects are expended to profit from this article.
