一種速拼石膏板墻體的受彎性能試驗研究

[摘要] 介紹了一種由石膏板和無機(jī)龍骨速拼而成的組合墻體。通過一系列試驗,研究了石膏板斷裂荷載隨含水率變化的關(guān)系及有筋和無筋兩種無機(jī)龍骨受彎破壞的特點。最后對這種新的組合墻體和輕鋼龍骨組合墻體分別進(jìn)行堆載試驗,結(jié)果表明該無機(jī)龍骨石膏板墻體具有優(yōu)良的受彎性能,可以用來取代輕鋼龍骨組合墻體。

Experimental research on bending performance for a rapidwall fabricated with plasterboard

Abstract: A new rapidwall was introduced, which is fabricated with plasterboard and inorganic skeleton. With a series of experiments,  the fracture load varying with different water content for the plasterboard was studied,  and the characteristics of the bending failure for the organic and inorganic skeleton were analyzed. Finally, loading tests were performed on this new rapidwall and composite wall with steel furring. The results show that the new rapidwall holds the excellent bending performance, and can substitute the composite wall with steel furring.
