(中國(guó)二十冶集團(tuán)有限公司建筑設(shè)計(jì)院,上海201900)[摘要] 采用ANSYS有限元分析軟件對(duì)某新型保溫型外墻面板力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)不同尺寸的保溫墻板加載下的力學(xué)性能對(duì)比,得出此類(lèi)新型外墻板所能承受的最大風(fēng)荷載安全值,以及一些必要的墻體加固措施,經(jīng)后期試驗(yàn)對(duì)比驗(yàn)證了模型的正確性,有效縮短新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)周期。

Construction Design Institute, Shanghai 201900, China)Abstract: The mechanical properties of the new type thermal insulation exterior wall panel was analyzed by the software ANSYS. Through loading on to different size exterior wall panel, the maximum value of wind load security and some wall reinforcement measures was got. The model accuracy was verified by post-test, effectively shortening the development cycle of new products.
