膠合木植筋粘結(jié)錨固性能試驗研究*

[摘要] 通過40個膠合木植筋試件的單調(diào)加載試驗,對其破壞形態(tài)、破壞機理以及粘結(jié).滑移性能進行了研究,試驗結(jié)果表明,錨固長度小于一定長度時,植筋的極限破壞荷載隨錨固長度的增加而增大,當(dāng)錨長達到一定水平之后,極限承載力基本不再上升,且延性和初始剛度隨錨固深度的增加而增大;鋼筋直徑是影響膠合木植筋系統(tǒng)剛度的重要因素,鋼筋直徑越大,植筋的剛度越大;在膠層和膠層與木基材界面不發(fā)生破壞的前提下,增大膠層厚度,其承載力略微增大,且試件拉拔過程中的初始剛度隨膠層厚度的增大而明顯變??;光圓鋼筋由于表面光滑,在試驗過程中發(fā)生了膠層與鋼筋表面的界面粘結(jié)破壞,極限破壞荷載僅為同樣直徑螺紋鋼的63.8%。

    Experimental study on glued-in rods for timber structure

Abstract: The failure modes, failure mechanism and bond-slip performance on glued-in rods for glulam by 40 specimens which were tested with monotonic load were discussed. The results show that the ultimate load increases with the anchorage length increasing when the archorage length is less than a ceItain length. When the anchorage length reach a certain requirement, the ultimate capacity stops increasing. In addition, the ductility and initial stiffness increases with anchor depth increasing. The steel bar diameter is an important factor on glued-in rods stiffness, which increases with the diameter. When adhesive and the interface with the wood don't damage,the ultimate capacity increases slightly, and the initial stiffness decreases with the layer thickness increasing. Because of its smooth surface, plain bar occur layer and steel interface failure during the testing, and the ultimate failure load is only 63. 8% of the same diameter of steel.
