（1 中國石油集團工程設(shè)計有限責(zé)任公司華北分公司，任丘062552；2 中國石油工程建設(shè)公司，北京100011；3 湘潭大學(xué)文學(xué)與新聞學(xué)院，湘潭411105）[摘要] 國際石油工程建設(shè)極富挑戰(zhàn)性和風(fēng)險性，忽視巖土工程容易出現(xiàn)巨大成本浪費和工期延誤，甚至導(dǎo)致災(zāi)難性后果。本文通過在烏茲別克斯坦WKC2/3壓氣站的一些工程實例，介紹了一些國際石油工程建設(shè)管理中的巖土工程經(jīng)驗，說明了國際石油工程建設(shè)管理中必須消除巖土工程盲區(qū)。本文的研究成果與經(jīng)驗對國際石油工程建設(shè)的招投標(biāo)、勘察設(shè)計和施工管理等具有很重要的意義。

The neglecting of geotecluucal engineering can lead to huge cost waste, long delay or terrible disaster easily. Some successful experience on geotecluucal engineering in WKC2/3 compressor station in Uzbekistan was introduced. It shows that geotechnical engineering must be highly emphasized in intemational petroleum engineering. The acluevements and experiences have very important reference sense to bidding, reconnaissance and design, construction etc. in intemational petroleum engineering.
