TRIZ沖突理論在儲罐地基設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用

[摘要] TRIZ的系統(tǒng)性創(chuàng)新原理是對大量發(fā)明創(chuàng)造、技術(shù)問題的解決進行總結(jié),得到的科學(xué)原理和法則,能準確快速地提出行業(yè)領(lǐng)域中的設(shè)計方法,創(chuàng)造有價值的新概念。運用TRIZ中的沖突解決理論,對建立在松軟地基上的大型石油儲罐地基進行了分析,提出了混凝土樁的有效施工形式,分析了混凝土攪拌樁擴頂樁的工作機理,對相鄰儲罐設(shè)計中凈距問題提出了設(shè)計建議。

    Application of TRIZ and conflict on tank foundation structure design

Abstract: TRIZ is becoming known as a method for systematic innovation that creates useful, innovative concepts fast. Based on the result of conffict principle of TRIZ, the theoretical action and the mecharuc capability of the pile based on the oil tank project were analyzed successively, and effective pile foundations of tank were provided. Mechanism of the mechanic capability of cement-soil piles and extended-tip pile were analyzed. Design suggestions of the safe net distance of adjacent tank foundations were provided.
