（機械工業(yè)第六設(shè)計研究院，鄭州450007）[摘要] 某單位辦公樓建于上世紀(jì)60年代，是一座砌體結(jié)構(gòu)建筑，目前擬進(jìn)行裝修改造。由于建筑物已使用40多年，而且原設(shè)計時沒有考慮抗震設(shè)防，因而應(yīng)首先對原建筑物進(jìn)行抗震鑒定，作為加固改造的依據(jù)。介紹了該建筑的現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問題，給出了鑒定結(jié)論。

Because the building has been used for more than 40 years and the original design has not considered the earthquake resistance fortification, so the earthquake resistance appraisal to the original building should be camed out as the reinforcement transformation the basis. The main problems of the old building were introduced, and the appraisal results were presented.
