[提要] 采用后外包鋼管混凝土柱,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)組合樓面置換,核心筒剪力墻粘鋼加固等方法對中國民生銀行總部大廈進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建設(shè)計(jì)。建筑高度由原1347m增至1886m,建筑面積增加約3萬m2。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)體系和抗側(cè)力體系的確定、結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算分析、結(jié)構(gòu)加固方法、高強(qiáng)灌漿材料選擇、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)置換施工順序及節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造等內(nèi)容。

Abstract:China Minsheng Bank Mansion is reconstructed and expanded by the methods of RC column postcovered steel tube, composite steel and concrete floor substitution and core wall externally bonded steel frames strengthen etc. The height of building is increased from 1347m to 1886m and the total area is enlarged 30 000m2. Contents of structural design for the mansion are introduced, including structural system establishment, structural analysis, seismic design, structure reinforcing methods, high strength material selection, substitute subsequence from concrete floors to composite steelconcrete floors and joint connection etc.
