(天津大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,天津300072)[摘要] 由于對結(jié)構(gòu)形式及傳力機(jī)理的不充分了解,很多既有建筑中存在多種結(jié)構(gòu)形式并存的情況,而現(xiàn)行的規(guī)范對此類情況是嚴(yán)格禁止的,因?yàn)槠涞卣饌髁ν緩讲缓侠???蚣芙Y(jié)構(gòu)和砌體結(jié)構(gòu)在地震時(shí)的響應(yīng)存在著很大的差異,而單從變形方面來講,在地震時(shí)也極容易造成嚴(yán)重的損壞。因而,在對此類建筑進(jìn)行抗震加固時(shí)必須考慮到這一點(diǎn)。本文結(jié)合實(shí)際工程,討論了對此類建筑進(jìn)行新增防震縫改造的方案。

( College of Building Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China)Abstract: A lot of buildings have many structure-systems due to the insufficient prehension of structure-system and force transfer mechanism of designer. And this kind of design is rigidly forbidden by current criterion, for its irrational force transfer path. Framework and masonry structures have huge different seismic response, and it is liable to result in severe damage when merely considering structure deformation. Thus, tlus should be taken into consideration when reinforcing the anti-seismic capacity of buildings. Associated with actual engineering, the project of adding new anti-seismic slot was discussed when reinforcing tlus kind of buildings.
