(北京林業(yè)大學,北京100083)[摘要] 依據(jù)加固工程中易于出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)問題,探討了保證結(jié)構(gòu)加固質(zhì)量的設計、構(gòu)造及施工方法。認為加固結(jié)構(gòu)應注重其抗震的整體性,尤其在原墻體交角處的配筋構(gòu)造及錨筋設置尤為重要。文中提出在磚墻上對錨筋做拉拔試驗意義不大、變截面墻體處穿板筋不應任意彎折、原基礎(chǔ)埋深較大時應設置附加基礎(chǔ)等建議,對滿足抗震設計、利于施工以及降低成本等均有較好的工程實際意義,可供中小學加固工程參考。

( Beijing Forestry University, Beijing 100083, China)Abstract: On the basis of some technical problems emerging in the reinforcement project, this paper discusses the design, the structural measure and the construction method to ensure the quality in the reinforcement project. The reinforcement stucture should focus on the integrity of seismic reinforcement, especially the reinforcement detailing and anchor bar setting in the original wall angle department. This paper points out that doing drawing experiment to anchor bar in the brick wall has little meaning, the reinforcement through floors in the variable cross-section wall should not be
bended randomly and additional foundation should be set when the original one is very deep. All of these suggestions have more practical engineering significance in meeting the seisnuc design, facilitating the construction and reducing the cost, and can offer valuable reference for the reinforcement project of the primary and secondary schools.
