(浙江大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,杭州310027)[摘要] 結(jié)合一個(gè)實(shí)際工程,對(duì)磚混.框架混雜結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分塊抗震鑒定,分析加固重點(diǎn)。通過(guò)增設(shè)混凝土抗震墻、對(duì)原有磚墻進(jìn)行鋼筋混凝土板墻加固等手段,加強(qiáng)兩者之間的協(xié)同工作能力,從而提高整體抗震能力。對(duì)于單跨框架,通過(guò)計(jì)算及構(gòu)造,避免其成為抗震薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。對(duì)托換梁在底層磚墻拆除過(guò)程進(jìn)行全過(guò)程監(jiān)測(cè),結(jié)果表明,托換梁可按承重墻梁進(jìn)行分析。

( Arclutectural Design and Research Institute, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310027, China)Abstract: Based on an actual project, the seismic appraisal was made separately for the brick and frame structure, and the key point was found in the strengthening. By adding concrete shear wall and masonry strengthening with concrete splint, the mixed structure was reinforced against the seismic action. With strengthening both in calculation and construction, the single-spanning frame was strengthened avoid to be the worse part in whole structure. The strain monitoring of the underpinning beam was performed during the removal of bear wall, and the results show that the beam can be treated as a wall beam in calculation.
