（上海建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司，上海200041）[摘要] 依據(jù)修舊如舊、恢復(fù)歷史原貌的原則，結(jié)合和平飯店老樓結(jié)構(gòu)老化損傷特征以及加固位置分布，給出修繕和加固措施，并制定了施工過程的質(zhì)量控制和保護(hù)措施。新建輔樓設(shè)計充分考慮對老樓的保護(hù)，利用老樓原有的人防通道口，解決輔樓內(nèi)設(shè)備管道須穿至老樓的難題；采用多種結(jié)構(gòu)措施合理解決輔樓對周邊保護(hù)建筑和地鐵的影響。通過優(yōu)化柱網(wǎng)布置、調(diào)整混凝土等級及柱尺寸變化等方法，使輔樓平面及豎向布置趨于合理，縮小了梁柱等構(gòu)件尺寸，提高建筑使用功能。

( Shanghai Institute of Architectural Design & Research Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200041, China)Abstract: Based on the principle of restoring the lustoric building as its original design and meet new hotel features, combined with the aging-injury characteristics and distribution, repair and reinforcement measures were given, and a construction quality control and protection measures was developed. As to the newly-built auxiliary building, used a variety of structural measures to project the adjacent historic buildings and in-use subway. By optimizing the column grid layout and other structural adjustment methods such as column concrete grade and dimensional changes, rationalized the new building plan and the vertical layout, and reduced the size of beams and other components, so that to improve the building functionality.
