[提要] 金玉蘭廣場酒店是一幢52層超高層酒店建筑。層48以下結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼筋混凝土框架核心筒體系,以上采用鋼框架鋼筋混凝土筒體,建筑高度226m。由于建設單位原因,在施工到層34時,業(yè)主建議再加建3層,共14.4m高,辦公用途;頂部鋼架40m。針對工程特點和過程中發(fā)生的重大設計變更情況,重點介紹了塔樓的結(jié)構(gòu)方案、線性與非線性分析、頂部巨型鋼架的設計;過渡層、型鋼混凝土和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式的梁柱節(jié)點、萬向鉸接柱腳等設計中需要解決的相關問題。

Structural Design of Jinyulan Square Hotel/Fu Jinshen, Zhang Fulin(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002,China)
Abstract:Jinyulan square hotel is a super highrise building of 52 stories. The structural system below the 48th story is RC framecorewall structure,above the 48th story is steel framecorewall ,and the total hight is 226m。According to the requirement of the unit in charge of the building who asked to add 3 stories and 144m high for business use when the construction was in the 34th floor, the top megaframe of steel is 40m. In view of the character of the project and the acute great change, the structural design is presented and several related problems such as structural scheme, linear and nonlinear analysis, the design of the top megaframe of steel, translationfloor, joints which connecting steel rein formed concrete, steel frame and spatial hinged column footing are discussed.
