基于模糊數(shù)學(xué)的鋼管混凝土梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析

[摘要] 鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的理論研究由于鋼材和混凝土的本構(gòu)關(guān)系、屈服準(zhǔn)則等尚未統(tǒng)一,試驗(yàn)分析因?yàn)檫吔鐥l件、尺寸效應(yīng)、加載方法誤差等的存在,加之節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)應(yīng)力復(fù)雜,一般處于壓、剪、彎復(fù)合應(yīng)力狀態(tài),很難按照經(jīng)典的數(shù)學(xué)和力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一度量并加以分析研究,無(wú)法真實(shí)反映現(xiàn)實(shí)鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)梁柱加強(qiáng)環(huán)中節(jié)點(diǎn)在動(dòng)力荷載作用下的狀態(tài)?;诖耍捎媚:龜?shù)學(xué)中的模糊有限元的基本原理和方法,利用有限元軟件ANSYS建立了鋼管混凝土梁柱加強(qiáng)環(huán)中節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元模型,在模糊數(shù)學(xué)中截集定理的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)改變截集A值來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)鋼管混凝土柱端不同的約束,實(shí)現(xiàn)了比較符合實(shí)際情況的柱端約束,并對(duì)其在動(dòng)力荷載的工作性能進(jìn)行了綜合分析和判斷,算例分析結(jié)果表明所建立的模糊有限元計(jì)算模型可以用于節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)的受力性能分析,可以為鋼管混凝土梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)和施工提供一定的參考價(jià)值和指導(dǎo)意義。

    Finite element analysis on joints of CFST beam-column based on fuzzy mathematics

Abstract: The theory about the joints of concrete-filled steel tube beam-column is imperfect, and especially the imperfect dynamic performance of the joint needs much further study. Now the theoretical research about the constitutive relation between the steel and concrete is inconsistent, and so do the yield criterion. According to the classical mathematical and mechanical model, the research of experiments cannot be done because of the error of the boundary conditions, the size effect, the loading method and so on. Besides these, the stress which is complex cannot be ignored. As the factors exist, we cannot leam about the knowledge of the joints which were tested by the reactions in the effect of the dynamical load. Considering these factors, finite element analysis on the seismic behavior of the joint of new type of concrete-filled steel tubes was carried out based on fuzzy mathematics; and the analysis of joints of concrete-filled steel tube beam-column, through changing the valuables of cut sets A, the different side constraints of joints of CFST can be achieved by ANSYS software. The results of the example analysis show that the finite element calculation model based on fuzzy mathematics is suited for the mechanical properties of the joints. The results were also compared with the data of experiment. It is a valuable method for design of joints of concrete-filled steel tubes beam-column.
