(西安建筑科技大學土木工程學院,西安710055)[摘要] 處于浪濺區(qū)或水位變動區(qū)的海工混凝土結構,由于受到氯離子的侵蝕,鋼筋會發(fā)生嚴重的銹蝕破壞。研究了在干濕循環(huán)作用下不同摻量聚丙烯纖維混凝土的抗氯離子侵蝕性能及氯離子在混凝土中的分布規(guī)律,結果表明聚丙烯纖維摻量對混凝土的抗氯離子滲透性能產生很大的影響,摻入0.1%的聚丙烯纖維可以顯著提高混凝土的抗氯離子滲透能力,但是摻入過量的聚丙烯纖維反而會降低混凝土的抗氯離子滲透能力。

The concrete resistance to chloride ion permeability and chloride ion distribution in concrete under the effect of wet-dry cycles with different contents of the polypropylene fiber was analyzed. The results show that the polypropylene fiber content in the concrete has a great impact on resistance to chloride ion permeability. Concrete nuxed with 0.1% polypropylene fiber can significantly improve concrete resistance to chloride ion permeability, but excessive polypropylene fibers will reduce the concrete resistance to chloride ion permeability.
