地鐵列車振動對相鄰建筑物的影響及其傳播規(guī)律*

[摘要] 在某地建于地鐵線路附近的兩棟裝有隔震裝置和一棟沒有安設隔震裝置的建筑物內(nèi),對地鐵列車運行引起的振動進行了監(jiān)測,并對地面結(jié)構(gòu)的振動進行了數(shù)值模擬,然后對記錄的振動波和數(shù)值計算結(jié)果進行了分析與對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著建筑物高度的增加,振動峰值呈余弦函數(shù)變化;地鐵列車運行在建筑物內(nèi)引起的振動時程的主要頻率成分集中在22~ 40Hz之間;安置在建筑物底部的隔震阻尼器對地鐵運行誘發(fā)的振動波的阻隔作用不大;地鐵列車運行引起的加速度值很小,不會對混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生破壞,但生活在建筑物內(nèi)的人群卻能明顯的感覺到振動;建筑物的振動不會表現(xiàn)出該振動波的特性,而是表現(xiàn)出本身的振動頻率特性。因此,改變結(jié)構(gòu)的動力特性是無法減小地鐵列車運行引起的振動,而只能通過減弱振源來減輕振動,比如在軌道加隔振墊、挖隔振溝等。

    Subway-train-motion-induced vibration influence on neighboring buildings and its propagation regulation

Abstract: The vibration of the three buildings induced by the subway train motion is recorded. Among them, at the bottom of two the shock insulation apparatuses are set up, and at the end of another there is no this kind of apparatuses. Then the numerical calculation is made on the non-isolation building. After analysis and comparison of the recorded vibration waves and the numerical calculation results, the following are found: with the height increase the vibration acceleration is changing in cosine function; the frequencies of the vibration waves mainly lie in 22~40Hz induced by the subway train motion; the shock insulation apparatuses basically don't act on the subway-train-motion-induced vibration; the subway-train-motion-induced vibration acceleration value is small, but people can feel it clearly; the induced building vibration doesn't display the characteristics of the train motion,  so the change of the building dynanuc behavior doesn't reduce the subway-train-motion-induced vibration, and the efficient way is to weaken the train motion, like installing vibration isolating pad and digging the vibration isolating trough, and so on.
