(中國航空規(guī)劃建設(shè)發(fā)展有限公司,北京100120)[摘要] 針對生物制藥廠房荷載大、柱網(wǎng)大、層高高的特點,對不同烈度區(qū)(7、8度)、不同場地類別(II、III類)的多層框架結(jié)構(gòu)生物制藥廠房進行多次計算,得出了生物制藥廠房結(jié)構(gòu)在不同樓面活荷載、不同梁板布置時的主要梁柱截面、混凝土用量、鋼筋用量。同時也對新、舊抗震規(guī)范對此種廠房工程量的影響進行了對比。通過分析,對多層框架結(jié)構(gòu)生物制藥廠房進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,可供確定方案時估算工程量,給以后類似工程提供參考。

( China Aviation Planning and Construction Development Co., Ltd., Beijing 100120, China)Abstract: For bio-pharmaceutical factory building characteristics of heavy load, big column grid and high-storey, multiple bio-pharmaceutical factory building model of multi-frame structure were calculated in different seismic precautionary intensity (7,8 degrees) and in different site classification( II, IIIclass). The main beam and column cross-section, the amount of concrete and steel bar of tlus kind bio-pharmaceutical factory building were conducted by different live load and different layout of beam slab. Also the impacts of the old and new code for seismic design of buildings to such plant engineering quantities were compared. Through analysis, optimized design of bio-pharmaceutical factory building was done, and it is valuable to estimate the amount of work for detemuning the scheme. It can also provide reference to future similar projects.
