(中國(guó)航空規(guī)劃建設(shè)發(fā)展有限公司,北京100120)[摘要] 針對(duì)西安某高層廠房柱網(wǎng)大的特點(diǎn),采用現(xiàn)澆預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土框架一剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),主框架梁采用后張有粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力控制裂縫,由于中柱與邊柱荷載差異大,樁基采用兩種直徑樁長(zhǎng)不同的鉆孔灌注樁以調(diào)整沉降差。

The cast-in-situ prestressed concrete structure was adopted. The post-tensioned bonded prestressed concrete was used in the main frame beam to control crack. In order to reduce the differential settlement of central column and side column, the pile foundation adopted two types of piles with different diameter and length.
