超高層結(jié)構(gòu)豎向變形及差異問(wèn)題分析與處理

[提要]  依據(jù)歐洲規(guī)范EC2關(guān)于混凝土彈性模量變化、徐變和收縮的規(guī)定,考慮施工順序加載、混凝土徐變收縮、豎向構(gòu)件壓應(yīng)力差異、施工過(guò)程中構(gòu)件長(zhǎng)度的調(diào)整等因素,結(jié)合屋頂高381m的南京紫峰大廈超高層結(jié)構(gòu),分析計(jì)算了超高層結(jié)構(gòu)中組合柱與芯筒剪力墻的豎向變形及差異。結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)封頂后半年時(shí),結(jié)構(gòu)中部的型鋼混凝土組合柱會(huì)產(chǎn)生最大80mm左右的豎向變形,芯筒剪力墻會(huì)產(chǎn)生最大70mm左右的豎向變形;組合柱與芯筒墻的最大豎向變形差可達(dá)12mm左右,發(fā)生在結(jié)構(gòu)中部偏上。合理安排施工順序可以使得豎向構(gòu)件變形差在伸臂桁架中產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)力較小。

Analysis and Treatment of Vertical Deformation Difference of Super Highrise Building/Zhou Jianlong, Yan Feng(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002,China)
Abstract:The vertical deformation difference of super highrise building is analysed combining with Nanjing Zifeng Mansion,of which roof is 381 meters high, according to provisions about elastic modulus, creep and shrinkage in European code. In analysis, the factors such as construction sequence, creep and shrinkage of concrete, difference of press stress of vertical members, adjust of components on the process of construction and etc are considered. The results of analysis indicated that composite columns occur the maximum vertical deformation of about 80mm, reinforced concrete core shear wall occur the maximum vertical deformation of about 70mm at middle position of the structural height when half a year after the structure roof is constructed. The maximum vertical deformation difference between composite columns and shear walls achieves 12mm approximately. It is pointed out that arranging construction sequence in reason will occur minor internal force in outriggers coming from vertical deformation difference between composite columns and shear walls.
